Now that you have your goals prioritized and are adding in daily steps towards achieving them, here are a couple more steps to help make your process even more defined and progressing towards continuous movement/improvement.

Visualize—Start each day with visualizing your goal and how you can achieve in in the small steps you make.  Do not think about the challenges that you may have to face to achieve it, but instead focus on the fun process that make syou stronger and better each day.

 

Keep track of your progress—Each day take the time to write down anything you do towards achieving your goal. By keeping track of your progress you will be able to make adjustments as needed.  Remember Kaizen is an ongoing process, built on small changes that you are consistently fine tuning.

 

Eliminate waste and excess—You may find that some of your steps are unnecessary or too time consuming.  Every once in a while, its important to stop and evaluate just how much value each activity adds to your life. For example, if taking a class in person at the local seems too tiring or difficult to make, perhaps an online version is available instead.
