What we feed our bodies doesn’t stop with our nutritional habits, it actually extends even further into what we feed our minds.  This week let’s focus on detoxing our brains. Taking a few minutes to unplug. I am not just referring to electronics, but to any thing that is a drudgery or a routine that you do mindlessly, that does nothing to support your soul.  

  • 5 minutes a day, do meditations, making a sacred space in your home that is just for relaxing in, finding your creativity through journaling, etc. positive affirmations, join an online group that caters to something that you are interested in.
